XNA client build goes off-screen if made full-screen

The client window draws as if the screen started below the taskbar, thus cutting the bottom part and making some of the controls, including the privacy notification accept button, inaccessible.

Upon further testing: this only happens if the taskbar is located at top or left and it works as intended if the taskbar is located on bottom or right.
