ra2mp format support

the chinese ra2 client has a file format called .ra2mp that allows art.ini data, .csf string file data etc. to be injected into the map itself. something similar for cncnet would be nice.

This format seems to be a property format, the structure of which is not made public. According to the description here the .ra2mp file is used to protect the map codes by not publishing the file structure and closed source code. Also, it claims that .ra2mp file is designed only for the Chinese ra2ol client. I don't think supporting this format is permitted.
