Allow for custom game resolutions in the display settings menu

Some renderers support pixel doubling and other scaling options that would require being able to set screen resolutions that aren't listed in the drop down box.

It would be nice to be able to enter any resolution you wanted in the text box rather than only having to select one of the options.
