can't place structures

Hi, noob here. I'm getting this bug (serveral times this week) where —usually after a structure is destroyed— a single grid square of where the structure was, now can't be built on, i.e. it will show a red square that can't be used. Don't know if this is an RA2 YR thing or a CnCNet thing. Thanks.
