No MiniNuke Animation on Yuri Rebalance Patch

Dreadnought, Boomer Submarine and V3 Rockets Missiles on Elite Status dosn´t produce the "MiniNuke" Animation on impact when the Rebalance Patch is activated. Plz fix it
