Soviet weapon factory animation suggestion
One more suggestion. Obviously, the animation of the Soviet factory light bulbs was intended to depict an active production process. This is intuitive; such lights are usually needed to display the process. Additionally, this can be seen in art.ini, where this animation was previously assigned to this function. At some stage, somewhere, for some reason, it was reassigned as a permanent active animation. I propose returning it to its original purpose. It's logical, it's functional, it's convenient, it's beautiful.
Of course, it is necessary to use animation, with the colors of the light bulbs replaced by those that do not go out in the dark. This is an uncompromising option that brings only improvement and no disadvantages.
Requires editing Artmd.ini, I suggest adding YR UMP as it fixes many of these bugs.
Production Animation is triggered when the unit is ready, not during production. This is not what is desired.
