Reasonable waterfall proposal

I have one more rationalization proposal. The waterfall sound is tied to one half of the waterfall animation. This sound is terrible. Moreover, if 2 waterfalls are located next to each other, their sounds causes kind a bug, overlaping each other as the field of view moves. These overlaps occur abruptly, spasmodically. In my opinion this is not usable. I had to kill the animation of half of each waterfall on my maps, so that the animation of only half of the waterfall works. And next to it I attached the sound “river”. It's much nicer and doesn't create problems. I suggest detaching the sound from the waterfalls and making it separately. In this case, it will be possible to make the waterfalls fully functional. Otherwise, using full-fledged waterfalls is impossible, in my opinion.

This requires editing the sound(md).ini, theatre specific terrain ini and possibly Final Alert 2 Data to make it possible to add waterfall sound through a trigger.
