Can't exit from picodrive games

I have hakchi2 v2.30 and 1.1C additional_mods.zip

i use following command to start the game

/bin/32x /usr/share/games/CLV-Z-ZSVMX/Sonic_and_Knuckles_Sonic_1.bin.7z

and these modules installed

Games start ok, but when i hit "reset" or gamepad "exit" hack combination, game just freeze and nothing happens. Even Power button (physical trigger on console) stop working.

Actually just checked that power button just totally ignored by retroarch. If i'm in game and use power button nothing happens - game just continue running.

Select+start work in the game. but if i click "Quit Retroarch" the same freeze happens.

Same here but with Nes games.

Same problem with NES and Genesis games. They worked fine once i fixed command lines with the original 2.3 release but the newer one brought all the problems back.
