Retroarch 1.0c unable to install on Hackchi2.21e

I cannot drag and drop 1.0c into Hackchi2.21e. When I tried that on my two PCs, my mouse changed to a stop sign. Did I do anything wrong?

Same behavior with 2.21f. Drag'n'drop is not working. Copying archive content to mods folder does not help. Is there any other method of installing retroarch to hakchi? All this happens on Windows 10 64, fully updated.

Put it in the "user mods" folder in the halchi folder. Then when you open the program and click on modules --> install you'll see everything there already.

It's pretty sweet and easy.

If you don't start Hackchi as an administrator, you will be able to drag and drop retroarch and games.
