SNES Classic dump timeout

I used Hakchi back when it was brand new for the SNES. Well when I decided to change up some games now, It will say I need to update, I will click update, the "waiting for mini to respond" progress bar will get full and then say your mini is taking too long to respond. I used an old version of hakchi as well and just tried to dump the kernel and it failed as well. Not sure what to do.

Hi.

Try to change USB cable and USB port. Also check that driver is installed and working (use Device Manager).
