enable fileio backing store for lio-t type iSCSI logical unit

Hi.

I've created this patch to enable lio-t to have fileio backing store. I am now experimenting with pacemaker and needed this to create iSCSI exports of files residing in gluster volume.

I'm not sure if this follows all dev recommendations. It works though for start, stop and monitor. Review of the code will be certainly advised.
