Develop a robust Capital Budgeting API that encompasses various financial metrics, including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and Profitability Index (PI). This is very important part of the Software Project management.

Additional Information

Implement functions that accept inputs such as initial investment, cash flows, and discount rates. Perform the necessary calculations for each metric, considering factors such as compounding periods, reinvestment rates, and time value of money. Enhance the API by providing comprehensive outputs, including the calculated values, supporting data, and interpretation of results.
