Dark Mode support on macOS 10.14 Mojave

It’d be cool if the CCL app supported Dark Mode. It should get this support automatically as long as:

  1. It’s built against the macOS 10.14 SDK; and,
  2. It leaves backgrounds for things like scroll views, table views, tab views, and so on at “default” rather than hardcoding them to white.
