I really don't understand: does Github become a file share service? Where are sources?

Some VMProtected files without proper explanation, some driver without signature - what is this? what are requirements? what is the operating system to be used?

Well... This is literally as same as https://github.com/AxtMueller/Windows-Kernel-Explorer or pchunter that do not open source. The only different thing is this one uses ADs to gain a little money as said in readme.
