hello, the website in 08_LDSC for reference resource is not working how to solve this issue?

Description of LDSC's new dataset url:
Due to excessive data transfer costs, this directory is now available on a requester-pays basis at
https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/broad-alkesgroup-public-requester-pays.
The downloader will pay transfer costs of $0.01-$0.15 per GB (depending on region) to google cloud.
A minimal set of files necessary to run LDSC are available for free acecss at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7768714.
baselineLF_v2.2.UKB.tar.gz is available for free access at https://broad-alkesgroup-ukbb-ld.s3.amazonaws.com/UKBB_LD/baselineLF_v2.2.UKB.tar.gz as
part of the AWS Open Data Project.
