Blocks bugging away.

Expected Behavior

Blocks shouldn't bug away.

Actual Behavior

Blocks bugging away (https://youtu.be/RZuI-m7gykg)

Steps to Reproduce

Try to place blocks with high CPS. Try to do "block safes".

Unless you're clicking thousands of times per second in the same place, that commit has no effect.

It almost seems as though block's found on java are working but not the ones only on bedrock. Just a theory.

Specific example: polished granite/andesite stairs/slabs

Yeah you can’t place some things and can’t use an anvil etc really weird
