Dimension Loading Screen and Dimension atmosphere missing in #466

Dimension Loading Screen and atmosphere is missing in #466. I tried everything but the atmosphere in Nether dim. is still missing.. :/

Experience: I noticed that the fork "Nukkit PetteriM1 Edition" has a completely working dimension screen/atmosphere if you set dimension=on in server.properties. This option doesn't exist in NukkitX. Also adding this in the server.properties in NukkitX doesn't change anything at all.

DISCLAIMER: BOTH servers had their own Folders and configs. Its not an issue from my side AT ALL. IK what im talking.

Plugins: No Plugins installed

Please fix it many players are complaining about it in my server, thanks.

Last time it was implemented, we had reports of users on iOS devices getting stuck on the loading screen so it was removed. I may look into a reimplementation soon.

@SupremeMortal Try adding the same settings from NK PM1E as in his fork u can turn it on and off in server.properties

If it's the same as the original dimension implemention in Nukkit, it was a bit of a hack so I'd rather redo it.

Hi, i have this bug: nether portal Is not working. On second world, it works. I make new world with seed like 8397483848 (i actually write random seed) and set it to default. After it, I delete second world with WorldManager plugin. Nether portals on new world are not working. When I write /WorldManager list, there are my world, nether and end. I can also teleport to nether with command, but it is a survival server (it's PowerNukkit). You can light portal up, but it isn't working. Please help!
