invisible half door

Expected Behavior

creeper exploded taking out the door and most of a wall

Actual Behavior

most of the wall was destroyed leaving behind dirt and stone to pickup, the door was also destroyed sort of. it was invisible but the bottom half "cube" existed with nothing in it. i mined it and it returned the full door to me once i realized it was still there. i couldn't replace the wall in that space.

Steps to Reproduce

have a creeper above the door and take out most of the wall possibly leaving parts or most of the bottom half undamaged
