Expected Behavior

I was swimming to kill salmon, and came up for air after losing my oxygen bubbles. I should have regained them.

Actual Behavior

I drowned with my head above water.

Steps to Reproduce

Swim until you lose your oxygen bubles and then come up for air

Nukkit and minecraft were the latest version. I have no plugins that would do that. To reproduce you need to go to a body of water, sink and wait until you have no oxygen left. Then come up and you will still drown.
