Nether portals don't link each other

INFO: after i fixed the nether portal bug which dosn't allow me to go to the nether i got another error i was able to enter the nether but the portals seemed a bit broken first my portal didn't spawn on ground next my when i tried to return the portal got me to another location instead of returning me to the location where i created the portal

Expected Behavior: portals to teleport me to nether and then return me to the same location where i created the portal

Actual Behavior portals did teleport me to nether but instead of returning me to the location where i created the portal the it decided to teleport me somewhere else

Steps to Reproduce enable nether in nukkit.yml and then create a portal in overworld go to nether and return using the same portal

Same thing happened to me, spawned about a chunk or two away

It always sends you to the same spot, though. I wonder if thex got x and y mixed up?

This happened to me. The exit was underground and i made a mine out of it.
