Can't place blocks very fast

When I try to place blocks very fast (for example, while I'm running), I just see visual blocks, but not registered in Level. If i try to place block near block like that, it'll disappear. What can I do to fix it?

I think that may just be based on something like CPU how fast the server is, how many people are online ect.
