Enchanted books from fishing are enchanted but dont have an enchantment

Expected Behavior

The book would have an actual enchantment

Actual Behavior

The books enchantment is blank

Steps to Reproduce

Fish until you get an enchanted book, the books texture will be enchanted but it wont have an enchantment
