Minecarts can be opened when they are broken (duplication glitch)

Expected Behavior

The minecart breaks instantly

Actual Behavior

The minecart has a split second of time where the player can stay inside of it while it drops items. This allows players to duplicate items.

Steps to Reproduce

https://youtu.be/8wxpzCukSE0 Place a minecart rail Place a chest minecart on the rail Put the item you wanna dupe in it Place a chest next to it Smack the minecart 5 times As it breaks open a chest then the breaking minecart at the same time Take the shit out of it And break the chest
