Long text will fail
Some plugins will generate lore for the item, or create a GUI with long lines (with color code) that will cause an error. It will not display the entire text. It will appear ___________ For example: Inside the config: '§eCup §o§l§6C§aà§by §4c§kh§ea§ay §bc§ự§ac §6m§bạ§an§kh' It only shows: 'Cúp cày___________________________'

This is probably a limitation of the plugin, and not caused by Nukkit itself. Which plugin are you trying to use this config.yml in?

In version 1.12, it did not happen. Plugins that I use are MyHero Items and Elementary

Is it at those plugins. I think not because I use it from version 1.11 until now an error occurs
Doesn't look like either are open source, so can't confirm how they are processing the text from the config file. The Util.TextFormat class didn't change from 1.12 to 1.13, so without knowing what they are using to process the text it will be hard to track down.
Does all the text show up if you don't use any color?

All the text didn't do that when I didn't use color coding many times. I find that using color codes 2 or 3 times or more will cause an error.
@SupremeMortal Is there any way to fix it? It did not happen until I upgraded to version 1.13

I don't think so, I tried on 3 machines including 2 machines running Android and 1 version of Windows 10
