File Upload Support?

I could not find a standard mechanism to upload files with this library, do I have a blind spot?

I added this from another fork. I was going to do a pr but had problems on iOS. I did get the issue resolved. https://github.com/dbeattie71/PortableRest/blob/master/src/PortableRest/RestClient.cs#L175
