Reworking exception handling on the cloud

Cause:

We need to rework the excpetion handling in the cloud, because some of the unchecked exception can break the running code. We need to edit the checked exception so that only the unchecked exception is thrown, because Java does not check them and does not interrupt the code in the execution

With a better exception handling, we can implement a logic to log exception in a file or something else.

This relates to #115 . Your example shows a non-issue. There is code in CloudNet that is not throwing exceptions and instead is returning invalid data.
