Dynamic sort config in browser

Sorry if I missed this, but I don't see a way to configure sort behavior from the search widget. Users are able to configure filter behavior, but sorting seems to be configurable only when configuring a Pagefind. I would expect to be able to choose a sort key from the available keys, if any, and choose asc or desc.

If you all are open to the feature request but don't have time to implement it, I might be able to take a look. Let me know @bglw.

👋 @jmcarp yeah this is just something that hasn't yet made it in.

I haven't been doing too much to the default UI, and have a long-running hope to make the modular UI the default UI path and land features there. (where you could easily add a new Sort or <pagefind-sort> to the page and compose the search in that way).

I haven't touched that in a little bit, though, so adding sort into the default UI is also fine if you or someone else wanted to put that together :)
