Add in functionality for pages to be filtered only

I'm building a directory using Pagefind, and love the functionality, it would be great if I could have items listed all the time and have buttons users could use for filter and sort.

This is the sort of thing that can be built using Pagefind's JS API — it's unlikely to be added as a feature to the Default UI though, as that focuses on the search use-case rather than filtering/facets.

I have a long-term desire to get back to the "Modular UI" that has been in progress for a while, which would be a great home for this functionality. No timeline for wrapping that up though, I'm afraid.
