The issue reported in #397 could probably be solved if there were a way to tell ClosedXML.Report that we want to work with full rows - e.g., when inserting new template rows, full rows would be added (this would fix row-height issues).

NOTE: ev. problems with conditional formatting (with full row mode - only formula issues) still could occur (must be handled as well).
