Changing Arrow Color and Border on Card Select

Hello,

I have been desperately trying for several days to figure out how to change the color of the right arrow (currently orange) and the orange border when selecting this arrow.

Could you please guide me on how to proceed or provide information on which files or settings to modify to make these changes?

I have trouble setting it on per card basis, does the varaible mean it is only available in the theme ?
