Page refresh makes popup darken and creates rendering issues

Open GGSSDD opened this issue 4 months ago • 2 comments

Describe the bug
I've been having this issue for a long time, but now I've decided to try and solve it as it causes some rendering issues When refreshing the page in a secondary tab, any other then the main tab (and it doesn't matter if I'm in a desktop browser or iOS companion app), the pop-up darkens and causes rendering issues for the cards in it (mainly for ApexCharts, the chart is not rendered anymore). To resolve the instability issues I have to go back to the main tab and refresh there.

Hi! And thank you for the feedback!

For the ApexChart issue, can you try enabling this option in this pop-up (in "Pop-up settings")?

For the darken pop-up, you probably have disabled the pop-up backdrop on your main view. Just enable it again on the first pop-up of this view (in "Styling options" > "Pop-up styling").

This effect is applied to all pop-ups on all your views, but it needs to be applied on the first pop-up of all your views to avoid this after a refresh. This isn't explained indeed, but this should fix your issue 🙂

Sorry for the late response, but I've been caught up for a while... I can confirm that enabling the "update cards in background" option solves the card rendering issues... although you're saying it's not recommended!? What should I do then?

As for the pop-up backdrop I disabled it because honestly I don't quite like it. It darkens the screen to much. I have background-blur enabled and that is more than enough.

Thank you!
