Popup confirmation opens out of view on subsequent attempt

Issue I have a confirmation text defined for a button. The first time it opens, it is in the center of the page. A subsequent attempt, and it opens further down the page...you have to scroll down to get to it. If I refresh the browser F5, and try again, it is back in the center of the page again but a subsequent attempt is back to out of view.
