Bubble-Card Room slider turns on lights

Hi,

in Hue Apps, if you change the brightness of a room, all lights that are currently powered on are changed. When you change the room brightness with Bubble-Card and also with official HA cards, all lights that are currently off, are turned on. I wonder if this can be changed independently within Bubble-card or if it needs to be done in the HA Hue integration. I already created an issue in the HA Hue integration issue tracker. It would be nice to be able to disable this behavior.

Do you think this could be made optional? HA is the only App that does this differently and it is kinda annoying. If I have lights on in a room it is not possible then to adjust all their brightness at once, because all others power on then.

Is this fixable with bubble-card or does it need to be fixed in the hue integration? This is the last piece that is missing that I can ditch the crappy hue apps and fully use HA for light control.

Hi! There is probably nothing I can do about that, at least not without complicating things. What I have in mind would be to add every lights individually, then changing the brightness of the lights that are on.

This could be achievable by creating a module, don't hesitate to give it a try with an AI 🙂
