Create special mention page/place/dialog for i18n

Add either an entire Page or a specific text in the Navbar that displays the usernames/contacts of people who contributed to to 18n efforts of the app.

  • [ ] Think about a design/place for it
  • [ ] Contact each of the i18n contributors and ask them to add themself.
  • [ ] It is no longer necessary to include the translator's references in the translation file.
