Remove check TCR

At the beginning of evaporation in a temperature control mode it checks for spiral suitability for a thermal control mode. In some cases, this check is not desirable because it is performed at high power. Besides, for coils with a high inertia, this check may not work properly.

I propose to add the setting equivalent of "ChkTCR off" in ArcticFox.
