Hi, I have not actually used chanjo for coverage reports but as I recall it provides reports of "completeness" on transcript or gene level. Storing coverage data is tricky business...

removing samples from db

Is there a way of removing samples already loaded into the mysql db? Or removing all the samples? Might be useful when setting things up. The link to the documentation...
