[User Story] UMI quality metrics not included in the MultiQC

Emma Tham requested to see the quality metrics of the UMI workflow after the UMI collapse. Since we are still running the other balsamic workflow the only metrics we are without the UMI collapse, which may even confuse the customer to believe that it is the quality metrics after UMI collapse. Also, the delivery report is quite obscure, and not accurate to the UMI workflow:

In the delivery reports, it is written: "Tillämpade filter för variantanrop: vardict (v2019.06.04), dnascope, tnscope_umi, manta_germline (v1.6.0), manta (v1.6.0), dellysv (v1.1.3), cnvkit, dellycnv (v1.1.3), svdb (v2.8.1)"
