[FEATURE] Improved SEO

Describe your suggested improvement Google is not indexing the website. Searching "knowledge hub climate town" shows the GitHub but not the site itself.

I think that the page load is too slow, meaning that Google crawlers exit out the site before crawling. Here's a brief snapshot at the LightHouse report:

Describe the benefit Better discoverability of the site.

Would you be capable/willing to implement the improvement? No (I have no clue about SEO)

Additional comments Related to #66

Please discuss possible SEO improvements before investing time in PRs. Potentially there are ways to flag certain elements (i.e. resource card images) as not important to SEO?
