Hey, great package.

Unfortunately I'm receiving this on Vuetify v2.0.0, after following the setup instructions.

[Vue warn]: Error in render: "TypeError: this.$vuetify.breakpoint is undefined"

I have a similar issue after upgrading to vuetify 2.0.0. Does this package support vuetify 2?

The last commit here was in June, before vuetify 2 was even released ...

This package does not yet support Vuetify 2, there were a bunch of breaking changes in v2.
