Hi,

This looks very useful. I'd love to see it put in Maven Central or similar so I could pull it during my build form Maven, Ivy, Gradle (what I use), etc.

I've been meaning to learn Maven so I can do exactly that. I have to find a simple walkthrough for beginners to Maven and configuring with my IDE (eclipse).

Thanks for the input! I just committed background asset loading, you should check it out! (TestFutureAssetBundle in examples)... I need to update the readme to reflect this feature.
