Gibberish after navigating to an inactive tab in Firefox with encrypted content

I have many open tabs in Firefox, and some of them are unloaded. Sometimes, if I navigate to this tab, it displays garbage instead of decrypted content.

I have seen this many times, usually the "go back one page" button helps. I guess pastila encrypts the data twice when it happens

I was able to bring the Sift+Ctrl+i network logging right after the tab is back.

It always does two requests, here are the pastila for HAR of fetch insert and fetch select

Looks like the JS does unnecessary job after awakening.
