The `body` attribute of `PullRequestReviewComment` event is from PR itself, not from the comment.

@alexey-milovidov It seems the body of PullRequestReviewComment is the comment now. Shall we resolve this issue? Also if so, I'd like to know if there is an associated PR fixing it.
