Ability to use rename_response_column config

Hi, I would like to know is it possible to use rename_response_column=REMOVE_PREFIX config in connector? According to Clickhouse repo (resolved issue 1, resolved issue 2) it should be supported regardless from client if it based on JDBC.

I tried to place it on Advanced tab, but nothing changed. image
