Parameter descriptions are missing units

I just noticed that our toml file with parameter values does not have info on the units. In the old version of the code we had that information in the parameter descriptions. Was it moved somewhere else or lost in the translation? And either way it should be added back. @odunbar, @nefrathenrici

Thats a relief. I would still like to put them back next to the parameters. I don't think people will know to check the units if they are not next to the parameter value. But good to know there is an easy place to coy-paste from.
