output SYPD of global runs

Atmos and ClimaCoupler both output the SYPD of their runs. It would be nice for us to do the same for global runs to see how we compare. Our SYPD will certainly be larger than that of atmos and therefore not a bottleneck, but it's still good to understand what it is.

See atmos SYPD calculation here. We can do something similar/the same.
