O2.5.2 Respiration model parameters inconsistent with soil model parameters

Describe the bug

Currently, the soil porosity and a parameter that depends on the retention curve are needed by the respiration model. These need to match the parameters used in the soil model. This is not done for the retention curve parameter, and is only weakly enforced for the porosity.

These need to be spatially varying parameters as well
