Zenith angle function location

We currently store the zenith angle in p.drivers, and update it when we update the radiation. However, it isnt really like radiation (which is read in from a file) - it is prescribed analytically. Since only the canopy uses this, we might consider adding it as a variable to the canopy radiative transfer module instead.
