Is it that the code breaks? Or is it not correctly configured wrt the physics?

I noticed they were not implemented at all for the non-equilibrium moisture model. So I added that in this PR:

However it's not really used anywhere - we don't have any non-equilibrium simulations running. So I'm not 100% sure if everything else is configured
