Let mod overriding items override inheriting items.

I tried to mod away wheel destruction by random items, but ran into the problem that removing the destruction flag from items did not remove it from items inheriting from those modded base items, and so got my wheels destroyed by tainted bones, even though bones had had their wheel destruction flag removed.
Solution you would like.
Overriding an item in a mod would override the item as an inherited item as well. This probably means delaying inheritance processing until all mods have been loaded.
Describe alternatives you have considered.
Track down every blasted thing inheriting from the modded base items and "mod" them exact textual copies so they'll inherit from the version actually in the game.
