Steps to reproduce
- Get the Technomancers doodad
- Load it with a medium battery
- Activate it
- Use spells or wait it out
- When you get the "Technomancers doodad ran out of energy!" text in the msg log check your inventory
- It's gone
Expected behavior
Not to despawn

Ran into this while playing 0.H stable, also seems to happen with ups-modded doodad, disappears with no message if dropped on floor/otherwise losing UPS power.
